There will be one entrance gate: on 20th St. Please note: there is NO entrance gate on 18th St. The only entrance to the ballpark is on 20th street.

Security
Security will be available throughout the park and immediately surrounding areas to ensure a safe and accessible experience for all.

We do have a clear bag policy— in order to enter the park bags must be see through. See below for more info about our bag policy.
Important Information
- The Ballers have a clear bag policy. One large clear bag 14" x 6" x 14" or smaller will be allowed. Clutches 4.6" x 6.5" x 2" or smaller are also allowed.
Exceptions are allowed for medical bags no larger than what is required for necessary medical equipment, for breast pumps for nursing mothers,
for other bags required for ballpark visitors with ADA needs, and for
diaper bags for guests accompanied by infant(s) and/or toddler(s).
Strollers are not allowed in the grandstands and can be checked at guest services.
All bags are subject to search.
- All customers must go through our security screening gates that include metal detectors.
- Seatback cushions are allowed in the park.
- Water bottle policy — One (1) 20 oz. or smaller plastic water bottle allowed, including reusable bottles. We hope to have refill stations installed later in the season.
- The park is cashless. Credit and debit cards accepted for parking, food, drinks, merchandise.
- You can use printed tickets, but please try to go digital — you can show your ticket on your phone for fast entry.

Concessions
Concessions will feature a standard baseball menu including hot dogs, nachos, burgers, fries, vegetarian food options, beer, wine, cocktails, soda, and more. The Ballers will also have child friendly menu options.

Merchandise
Ballers gear and jerseys will be available for purchase at the stadium
After June 25th, seat cushions will be available for purchase to use in the bleacher section.
Accessibility and ADA
We provide ADA seating in our Premium Reserved area, our Bleacher Reserved area, and our General Admission Area.
ADA bathrooms are also available in our two bathroom areas
To purchase a seat for a wheelchair or equivalent, please purchase an ADA ticket with a W in the seat number (example: 8W)
To purchase a seat for a companion to someone in a wheelchair or equivalent, please purchase an ADA ticket with a C in the seat number (example: 8C)
Please note: If you purchase an ADA seat with the letter W in it, there is no physical seat for you -- only space for a wheelchair or equivalent. "W" seats are "bring your own wheelchair."
Please see an usher, ticket taker, or ballpark staff if you have trouble finding our ADA ramps and lifts.
Kids
Children aged 2 and under may enter for free with an adult as long as they sit on the lap of their guardian. Children ages 3 and over must have a ticket.
Strollers are not allowed in the grandstands and can be checked at guest services.

Code of Conduct
Per our commitment to providing a safe and accessible experience for all fans, the following are absolutely prohibited at all Oakland Ballers games and events:
- Abusive language, images or obscene gestures including derogatory comments relating to race, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, national origin, disability or appearance
- Fighting, taunting or threatening remarks or gestures
- Disruption of the game by a guest's actions
- Guests seated in a location other than their ticketed seat
- Throwing objects of any kind
- Unauthorized entrance on the playing field or restricted areas
- Intoxication or other signs of impairment
- Obscene or indecent clothing or signs
- Use of smoke, flare, or fire devices
- No smoking, no ticket scalping and must comply with CA alcohol laws
- Attempting to enter the facility with an item on the Prohibited Items List or possession within the facility of an item on the Prohibited Items List
- INDIVIDUALS AND GROUPS FOUND IN VIOLATION OF THIS CODE OF CONDUCT FACE EJECTION FROM THE EVENT AND MAY BE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL PENALTIES, INCLUDING BANS FROM FUTURE BALLERS EVENTS.
Prohibited Items List:
- Animals (except registered service animals)
- Coolers
- Glass containers and bottles
- Outside food (except baby food), beverages (except one manufacturer sealed bottle of water per person), and alcohol --- however, outside is allowed for those with medical and dietary restrictions.
- Weapons, including explosives, knives, and guns
- Pepper spray, mace, aerosol spray, and tear gas
- No flares, fireworks, smoke devices, sparklers, or similar items
- Laser pointers
- Lawn furniture
- Scooters, roller blades, hoverboards, and skateboards
- Drugs/illegal substances
- Flammable liquids
- Sticks, poles, and flag poles (except as pre-approved in designated locations for registered supporters groups)
- Banners, streamers, signs, and flags (except as pre-approved in designated locations for registered supporters groups)
- Tripods, monopods, or cameras with large lenses (over 3")( except for credentialed members of the media)
- Drones (UAVs) of any kind
- Noisemakers including plastic horns/vuvuzelas, air horns, or whistles
- Items that could be used as a projectile
- Small umbrellas are allowed on the grounds but may not be opened in seating sections
- Strollers are allowed inside the stadium but not inside the seating area. These can be checked into guest services
- Any other items deemed dangerous or inappropriate, in the sole discretion of Oakland Ballers and the City of Oakland
